Hi dear customer service,


I purchased two items from Nerdy US website on Jun 28, while ever since it was shipped on Jul 1st, I wasn't able to track the items through the provided tracking number due to unknown reason. When I checked the item status through the official website yesterday it writes Delivered, which I actually did not. The address that I put for the order doesn't contain any mistakes. Could you please check for me where the items are? If it is delivered, where is it delivered to? I don't know why I can't send out email to nerdy1@naver.com and it says email address not found. So I left my comments here. Waiting to hear from you. Thank you.

    Spam It is a great to have a package delivered to your doorstep. It's convenient and hassle-free. However, I've been disappointed when I received a package that was damaged or stolen in transit.     Spam I was very disappointed when my package was not delivered. I had ordered a specific game, and it was not in the box. I am not sure if it was a mistake on the part of the delivery service (FedEx) or if they lost track of it. Either way, I would have preferred someone come to my door and give me my package.
