Hi dear customer service,

I purchased two items from Nerdy US website on Jun 28, while ever since it was shipped on Jul 1st, I wasn't able to track the items through the provided tracking number due to unknown reason. When I checked the item status through the official website yesterday it writes Delivered, which I actually did not. The address that I put for the order doesn't contain any mistakes. Could you please check for me where the items are? If it is delivered, where is it delivered to? I don't know why I can't send out email to nerdy1@naver.com and it says email address not found. So I left my comments here. Waiting to hear from you. Thank you.

    Spam First things first: double-check the shipping address on your order. Was it accurate? Is there anything that might have confused our shippers? The most common reason packages are delayed is if they have an incomplete or incorrect address (including any suite/apartment number).If your package has been marked as delivered but hasn't shown up yet, check with everyone who lives in your house or building to see if anyone else accepted the package for you. You should also check around the front door of your home and any nearby mailboxes to see if the carrier left the package

    Spam I just got a package today, and it wasn't delivered. I'm pretty sure it was shipped yesterday. They didn't give me a tracking number when I asked for one. I always recommend to visit https://www.resumesplanet.com/linkedin-profile-writing.php website for help in my essay.I'm not upset about this in the slightest because I pretty much expected it to take awhile for the package to arrive, but I wanted to make clear that there is no reason for the package not to have arrived on time except that UPS doesn't know where it is.
